Mitsubishi Motors Corp. President Osamu Masuko says the company won't pull out of the U.S. market and that his personal mid-range sales target is 200,000 units a year, or roughly four times today's level of 50,000.
General Motors Co.'s effort to sell new cars on eBay in California is generating interest but recording few sales on the Internet auction site. In the first nine days of the program, GM dealers listed 16,228 vehicles on eBay and completed 45 sales, according to data available on the Web site. Korea's largest automaker is poised to unveil the Concept Genesis Coupe at the 2007 Los Angeles International Auto Show next week. Though these sketches are admittedly exaggerated, the coupe uses the concept Genesis sedan, unveiled it the 2007 New York International Auto Show in April, as the basis for the structure.
